Shang Palace Chinese Restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok introduces an exciting new menu created by our Chinese Executive Chef Chow Wai Man to bring you the restaurant’s unique flavour. Showcasing dishes from his new inspirations, Chef Chow will delight all with his innovative Cantonese cuisine from Friday 9 October 2020 onwards. Available on Friday to Sunday for lunch from 11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and Friday to Saturday for dinner from 6.30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Chef Chow has more than 40 years of culinary experience in China and Hong Kong, The new menu features traditional Cantonese dishes, of which the main ingredients are imported from regional Chinese provinces where the original recipes come from.
A must-try! Our signature dishes include Baked Lobster in Superior Stock, Roasted Rack of Lamb with Hawthorn and Pineapple Sauce, and Stir-Fried Kagoshima Wagyu Beef with Sliced Garlic served in Golden Basket. These dishes not only taste good, look good and smell good, but also have an interesting story behind each of them, making the dining experience unique and one to remember.
