W Does Brunch gives you two extra Saturday brunches that guarantee twice the fun as The Kitchen Table has the honor to collaborate with El Willy Group led by Willy Trullàs Moreno, the Barcelona-born creative chef.
El Willy Group was formed in Shanghai in 2008 by the legend chef Guillemo Trullas Moreno also known as Willy. Chef Willy is known for his unique cooking style with a fun twist and strong background internationally in gastronomy. Now he is ready to bring the influence and excitement from two of his restaurants; Tomatito and el Willy to feature in two special editions of W Does Brunch.

Tomatito is one of Chef Willy’s fastest growing restaurants, which has expanded its branches to Saigon and Manila. The restaurant concept is inspired by a traditional Spanish bar from the 80s together with a hint of funkiness and is a tapas bar focused cuisine. On this special Saturday brunch edition, highlight menus that chef will serve include Gildas (pickled chilies, anchovy and olive skewers), Bombas de la Barceloneta (deep fried meat and potato bomb), Paella de Mariscos (seafood paella), Fideua (angel hair paella), Calamari sandwich, Mini pastrami and the famous Spanish sweet like Churros.

The second edition, W Does Brunch x el Willy, is inspired by his very first signature restaurant named after the company, el Willy, a Spanish traditional, contemporary tapas and rice focused restaurant in Shanghai. And now W Does Brunch brings him to you with his fun Spanish-influenced vibe. The highlight menus include Ceviche a Las Brasas de Lubina (smoked ceviche on corn leaves), Espetos de Sardinas (charcoal grilled sardines in espartos), Callos a la Madileña (tripes stewed with chorizo), Zarzuela de Mariscos (Spanish seafood stew), Ceviche Nikkei (tuna nikkei ceviche), Churros and many more!
