KELLER by Mirco Keller
Keller offers diners a fine dining experience built on a foundation of classic techniques with modern presentation. Dishes can appear simple yet beneath the stylish presentation, conceal complex flavour profiles and memorable signature sauces.
Led by Chef Mirco Keller, the restaurant serves contemporary European cuisine showcasing both local and imported premium products in unique combinations with an emphasis on detail and innovation. Dishes and drinks are served in a luxe yet playful setting, designed with conviviality in mind.
Assured to become a staple of the Bangkok dining scene — as well as a neighbourhood favourite for Suan Phlu locals — Keller is fine dining at its most comfortable, intimate, and inventive.
Mirco Keller, Chef Partner
‘For me, cooking is never a competition. I cook so that I can delight people and connect with them. At the end of the day, I just want to be thought of as a good chef.’
Previously Head Chef at Water Library Chamchuri, Chef Keller is well known in Thai fine dining circles.
Chef Keller began his culinary journey in his native Germany, under the mentorship of Tim Raue. Working his way from an apprentice to the role of Head Chef, Chef Keller cooked alongside Chef Raue for 10 years: a formative experience both personally and professionally.
With prestigious positions such as Head Chef at Restaurant 44 (Swissotel Berlin) and Chef de Cuisine at Restaurant MA (The Adlon Collection) under his belt, Chef Keller left Germany to explore Asia in 2010.
Contemporary European Cuisine
Keller serves food that is both rooted in tradition yet light, modern and most of all, surprising.
Chef Keller’s contemporary European cuisine captures the warmth of comforting European classics, with elegant presentation and modern finesse. Diners will be charmed by Keller’s approach to fine dining, where every dish reflects his passion and drive for perfection.
Across both à la carte and Keller Signature Menu, dishes are intriguing and innovative, both in description and in flavour: for example, Duck Duck Duck is so named for its use of 3 different cuts of duck.
With an unexpected twist on Chinese cooking (Duck Duck Duck) to a seafood recipe with a surprising Indian spice (Lobster), Asian influences are delicately incorporated into dishes to showcase new flavour combinations for a dining experience that undoubtedly still remains authentically European.
