Michelin Star Chef Massimo Camia at Rossini’s

Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok, on March 12 and 13, Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit welcomes acclaimed Italian Chef Massimo Camia for two nights of Michelin star dining at Rossini’s. The memorable 5-course set dinner menu will be available with optional Damilano wine pairings chosen by italasia.

Passionate, spirited, and classically trained, Chef Massimo achieved his first Michelin star in 2001. His renowned restaurant, Massimo Camia within the Damilano Winery estate in Barolo, serves locally sourced Piedmont delicacies expressed with his unmistakable personal style and creativity. Combining innovative recipes with traditional cooking methods, each of Chef Massimo’s beautifully presented dishes is authentic in flavor yet distinctly contemporary.

At Rossini’s, evenings with Chef Massimo will begin with his welcome canapés. The 5-course set menu will include antipasti of “the other veal” in tuna sauce paired with the fresh and elegant Damilano Langhe Arneis DOC 2018 followed by pumpkin cream soup with prawn and calamari to enjoy with Damilano Langhe Chardonnay DOC 2016. Diners will also be served a pasta course of traditional “plin” ravioli with black truffle complemented by Damilano Barbera d’Alba Lablu DOC  2016 and a main course of veal cheek braised in Barolo wine paired with Damilano Barolo Le Cinque Vigne DOCG  2013 and Damilano Barolo Cannubi  DOCG 2015. The evening of Michelin star Italian cuisine will end with a delicious dessert of hazelnut mousse.

Rossini’s is the recipient of L’Assiette Michelin, the Michelin Plate, a new worldwide designation included in the renowned Michelin Guide that indicates a “restaurant where the inspectors discovered quality food.”
