Boston lobster is on the menu this quarter at Summer Palace. Only the freshest lobsters were used by our talented chefs to create a range of deep-fried, wok-fried and baked dishes, which are sure to delight all our diners. Among them are the deep-fried Boston lobster with garlic; baked Boston lobster with Hong Kong sausage and sticky rice; and wok-fried Boston lobster with XO sauce.
As if that were not enough, guests can also enjoy fusion indulgences like the Thai style Boston lobster baked with glass noodles, where the flavours of this crustacean are elevated with Thai herbs and spices. Another recommended dish is the Hong Kong style Boston lobster steamed with egg whites. The subtle addition of the egg whites help to enhance the lobster’s flavour.
Finally, for a different kind of dining experience, opt for the Boston lobster baked with cheddar cheese. The cheese provides a pleasing contrast to the subtle flavours of the lobster. Prices start from 1,200++ per dish.
