Support sustainable tourism : Blue Elephant Cooking School and Restaurant by Chef Nooror Somany Steppe (5th from left) in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (Thailand) or GC, recently staged a press conference regarding a programme to enhance sustainable tourism by upgrading the local economy and standard of living in the local communities via Thai cuisine with a focus on homegrown products and ingredients by farmers and entrepreneurs alike as part of the on-going Local Chef Thailand campaign.
