Authentic Sichuan Cuisine known for its spices & mastered by Guest Chef Tony Tao from Crowne Plaza Chongqing Jiefangbei is available only for few days at Xin Tian Di. Guest Chef Tony Tao was born in Chongqing, a beautiful mountain city that was originally part of Sichuan. A wide range of assorted flavors and ingredients have been part of his life, and he has used them to create his own unique signature dishes during his 16 years of experience crafting Chinese Cuisine.
From 24th May – 9th June guests will be able to savor different Sichuan dishes, such as Wok-fried Chicken with Dried Chili “Gele” Mountain Style, Mapo Tofu, Poached Conch in Pickle Chili Stock, and Classic Double Cooked Pork with Chili Bean Paste.
Sichuan dish prices at Xin Tian Di start from THB 250++, and are available for lunch from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm or dinner from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm
