The Sunday Brunch includes main course choices prepared to order (à la minute) including pan seared foie gras on brioche and grilled Canadian lobster, Thai-flavoured dishes, exclusive Japanese creations such as fresh sashimi and sushi, takoyaki, yakitori, tuna tataki with ponzu sauce, udon soup and gyoza, and a wide range of international items available at the extensive buffet. These can be enjoyed with free-flow Champagne, Prosecco, selected wines, local beers, cocktails, mocktails, and soft drinks.

Here there is something for everyone, including a cornucopia of seafood on ice encompassing freshly shucked French, Australian and American oysters, premium Maine lobster, giant Alaskan king crab, seasonal mud crab, blue crab, succulent prawns, New Zealand mussels, rock lobster and plump Manila clams. The hot seafood menu highlights include river prawns, tiger prawns, Japanese scallop, oysters and squid; from the pasta station comes home made vermicelli and ravioli with a choice of pesto, carbonara, Bolognese, mussel sauces and creamy mentaiko with nori sauce; while the carvery serves up succulent roasted meats, salmon gravlax with blinins and cream faiche and a delicious beef Wellington with Yorkshire puddings and a red wine sauce. These dishes are complemented by healthy salads, fresh fruits, and indulgent desserts such as freshly baked chocolate lava cake, and homemade ice cream served with waffle.

Available every Sunday from 12 noon – 3 p.m. at Up & Above Restaurant the Sunday Brunch prices start from Baht 2,800++ per person (including free-flow mocktails and soft drinks); Baht 3,500++ (including selected free-flow wines, Prosecco, local beers, cocktails, mocktails, and soft drinks); Baht 4,100++ per person for the full Sunday Brunch (including free-flow Champagne, Prosecco, selected wines, local beers, cocktails, mocktails, and soft drinks); and Baht 1,050++ per child aged under 12.
