The St. Regis Bangkok invites guests to gather around the table for a decadent Easter Sunday Brunch from 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM on Sunday, 21st April 2019 at VIU and Decanter on the 12th floor.

For this occasion, the legendary brunch experience will also feature a fun program of kids activities hosted at Decanter, including balloon twisting, Easter piñata, face- and hand-painting. A close-up magician inspires a sense of wonder in children and the young at heart.

Children can also try their hands at making a traditional hot cross bun, a culinary symbol of Easter weekend. After the dough is formed, chefs will bake the bun, after which kids can pipe a cross onto their own roll and enjoy their personal creations.

The sumptuous buffet spread in VIU includes a succulent seafood selection and other highlights including slow-roasted prime rib, carved premium meats, Lobster Eggs Benedict and Lobster Thermidor, culminating with a chocaholic’s dessert buffet complete with a decadent chocolate fountain.

Easter culinary traditions are honored with a selection of festive classics including Lobster eggs benedict with truffle hollandaise, Sturgeon omelet with white wine and caviar sauce, Lamb with asparagus and semi dried tomato frittata with chilli pepper relish, Grilled Australian lamb cutlets with skordalia and caramelized oxtail, Wagyu beef tenderloin with oregano and green olive tapenade.

On the day during bunch, each table will be presented with a mystery egg surprise, with one lucky diner going home with a voucher for a complimentary night stay at The St. Regis Bangkok.

The Legendary Easter Sunday Brunch at The St. Regis Bangkok is priced at:

  • THB 2,850++ per person, including a continuous flow of non-alcoholic beverages
  • THB 1,299++ add-on per person, including a continuous flow of wines, sparkling wines, Siam Mary, Martinis, beers, smoothies, juices

Children under 12 years of age dine for free when accompanied by paying adults who are Marriott Bonvoy members (maximum two children per two adults). Diners who are not yet members of Marriott’s new combined loyalty program can also sign up for free on the day.
