Designed to increase awareness about blindness and raise funds for an inspirational local charity, DID is an extraordinary culinary evening. Dining in total darkness, the one-of-a-kind experience is a journey for all your senses – except one.
The Rathbone Wines portfolio includes some of Australia’s most iconic labels; Yering Station, Yarra Bank, Xanadu, and Mount Langi Ghiran. At DID, guests will enjoy a delicious three course of the tasting menu paired with four Rathbone wines, served in the dark by our visually impaired staff, and one course in BarSu with the same four wines.

For each diner, the hotel makes a donation to the Foundation for the Blind in Thailand.
