Bangkok – 27 March 2018, Cantonese cuisine and goose are a perfect match in the creative hands of Chef Kam and kitchen team at Silk Road, The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, from now until 30 April 2018.

Whether barbecued, double boiled, or sautéed, the tender flesh is succulent and fragrant. Expertly blended with the likes of wolfberry, chestnut and bird’s nest, among others, these saucy dishes and soups are exceptionally appetizing complements to the spring season.

The highlight menus include “Barbeque crispy goose”, “Sautéed goose with chestnut and iceberg lettuce”, “Fresh vermicelli with barbeque goose soup” and “Stir-fried egg noodles Hong Kong style with shredded barbeque goose, egg, bean sprout, onion and fresh chili” and many more.

Located on floor 3 of the hotel, Silk Road’s decor harmonizes traditional Chinese indicators a colorful contemporary ambience inspired by the Middle Kingdom’s traditional grand dining décor.
