Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin unveils the secret of summer With the new Summer Journey Set Menu
BANGKOK, 8 March 2018 – Renowned one Michelin-star restaurant Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin at the Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok has unveiled its latest summer dining secrets as part of a new set dinner menu available from 1 April, 2018. Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin is recognised as the home of modern Thai gastronomy where exquisitely composed dishes are prepared using global cooking techniques and local ingredients.
The secret to the 2018 Summer Set Dinner Menu is the collaboration between award-winning Michelin Star Chef Henrik Yde Andersen and Chef Chayawee Suthcharitchan – Head Chef at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin. They have teamed up once again to create dishes based entirely upon the use of seasonal ingredients.
The new set dinner menu features salad cotton candy with red snapper and cucumber dressing; tuna tartar with sesame and soy, and veal with lemon grass and pickled pineapple. The amazing dining experience at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin continues with Pistachio soufflé before concluding in style with imaginative and very creative petit fours.

The Summer Journey Set Dinner Menu at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, available from 1 April 2018, is priced at THB 3,200++. Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin is open daily for lunch from 12 noon to 15:00 hrs. and from 18:00 hrs. to 24:00 hrs. (last order at 21:00 hrs) for dinner.
